At the age of 5, I was diagnosed with cancer, Leukaemia. Along with all the difficulties, I also had good memories thanks to amazing people along the way.

In recent years I have had a desire to help and give back some of what I received as a young girl. I realised I have a chance to share my great love and passion in my life as a fashion designer- to teach fashion.

​

My goal is to organise workshops for children and teenagers with cancer and teaching them how to sew. Out of a desire to make their time pleasant when they are hospitalised and receive treatments. The workshop would contain 5-10 sewing machines, fabrics and art supply and with that i will teach basic sewing techniques with an end goal of that they will learn how to sew themselves so they could create something useful to take home with them.

I want to teach them that they are not their sickness- they are talented and capable on their own! They just need some guidance.
